Carrico Office Furniture, LLC Warranty
Carrico Office Furniture, LLC warrants is product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve years.
Carrico Office Furniture, LLC will, at its discretion, repair or replace with comparable product free of charge, any Carrico Office Furniture, LLC product or component manufactured after September 1, 2018 that fails under normal commercial office use. Normal use is defined as the equivalent of a single shift, 40-hour work week. In the event a product is used more than normal use, the applicable warranty period will be reduced accordingly, e.g. 24-hour use will be reduced to one-third of noted timeframe inclusive of limitations/provisions if the claim is eligible under the conditions of this warranty.
This warranty is valid only if the product has been properly maintained and cared for.
The warranty is subject to the following provisions.
Limitations involving materials and components:
Natural variations occurring in wood, leather and other natural materials are inherent to their character and not considered defects Carrico Office Furniture, LLC does not warrant the color fastness or matching of colors, grains, textures of these materials.
The material and components listed below are covered according to the following schedule from the date of sale:
• Electrical components – Ten years
• Glides, pneumatic cylinders, casters and polymer-based components, foam – Five years
• Upholstery fabric – Three years
This warranty does not apply to:
• Normal wear and tear over the course of ownership
• Modifications or attachments not approved by Carrico Office Furniture, LLC
• Damage caused by a carrier
• Transfer/sale of product – warranty is only applicable to original purchaser/owner
